Exquisitely furnished, the villa has comfortable sofas, satellite, a large flat screen TV, DVD player and a fantastic iron and marble fireplace. There is a fully fitted ultra modern kitchen with American style fridge/freezer with ice maker, an electric oven, microwave, steam oven, expresso fitted coffee maker, dishwasher and a breakfast table with seating. From the lounge dinning plenty of French windows are opening onto a fantastic terrace with lovely views to the swimming pool and garden area. Off the hall, there is a double bedroom with an en suite shower room and a further WC toilette. From the hallway stairs leads up to the galleried landing area. On this floor we can find the master bedroom with the luxury en suite large mosaic tiled bathroom with a large shower unit and a massage bath. The rest of the bedrooms are twins and both shares another mosaic tiled full bathroom with a lovely corner bath. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and wooden floors. On this floor we can also find a large laundry area where the washing machine and the tumble drier are located. The magnificent crystal clear swimming pool has roman steps and is surrounded by huge wooden sun terraces furnished with comfortable and relaxing sun loungers. Separated from Puerto Pollensa by the distinctive Serra de Tramontana mountain range, it nestles at the foot of a beautiful pine clad valley that leads down to the secluded sandy coves surrounded by dramatic mountain scenery. Cala San Vicente is the ideal spot for relaxing holiday. There are just a few shops, cafes, restaurants, hotels and a doctor surgery grouped around the two bays which are separated by a rocky headland. A five minutes drive takes you to Puerto Pollensa and to the beautiful, historic Old town of Pollensa. Pinos altos is set in a particularly quiet and pretty position towards to the rear of the resort and surrounded by tall pines from which it takes its name.
