Estades Petit is a smart and comfortable family villa located in lovely countryside along the road to the beautiful, small resort of Cala San Vicente. The property is in a very private place off a country lane near Pollensa and Port Pollensa. Both the historic old town of Pollensa and the beaches at Puerto Pollensa are just a five minutes’ drive away. The house is on two levels with lots of light and airy spaces. The rooms are large, cool and bright with whitewashed walls, spotlights, open beams, and with lots of pale wood and neutral furniture. Through the entrance hall there`s a comfortable lounge with two sofas, satellite TV and a DVD player. An arch way leads to another lounge with sofas and double glass doors that opens onto a sun terrace with views to the swimming pool and gardens. The kitchen is a really spacious room with lots of storage and workspace plus a table with chairs. It is fully equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. There are three bedrooms: a double bedroom and two twin rooms. All the bedrooms are comfortable and have fitted wardrobes. One double bedroom and one bathroom with shower are located at first floor. The two twins are located on the ground floor and one has an en suite shower room. There is also another further full bathroom. The bathrooms are beautifully sparkling clean with new fittings in white and pale colours. There is lots of well-designed outside space at the villa too, with a roman style swimming pool surrounded by lawn and sun terraces with sun loungers. A shaded front terrace with comfortable chairs is also a bonus. A built in barbecue completes the exterior of the house. This is a really welcoming and stylish villa with lots of relaxing spaces for a holiday with family or friends. Cel Gotmar is a fantastic semi detached villa in a complex with astonishing views to the bay of Puerto Pollensa. The complex comprises of twenty five luxury semi-dettached villas and all are sharing three different swimming pools which are split in different levels. The front door leads straight to the open plan lounge dining area with glass doors opening onto the fantastic front terrace, which is completely furnished and has stunning views to the Pollensa bay. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and an electric hob. A staircase leads up to the upper floor where the bedrooms are located. These comprises of two twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom and one double with an en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, and the property has been decorated in a very high standard. It has to be pointed out that the driveway to this complex is steep and windy and that each villa has parking space for one car only. Villa Rosa Cala Gran is a lovely, bright family villa located in a popular residential area of Cala San Vicente and yet still feels peaceful and homely. The beautiful cove beaches of Cala Barques & Cala Molins are approximately 600 metres away along with their restaurants, bars and a supermarket. Puerto Pollenca beach, seafront and famous pine walk are just a 10 minutesÂ’ drive. A large patio leads from the house to the pool and makes a lovely place for al fresco meals. There is a feature barbecue and comfortable terrace furniture in the garden area as well as a childrenÂ’s playhouse for the little ones to play on their own whilst the parents can relax around the pool area. The interior of the villa is airy and spacious with whitewashed walls, tiled floors and large windows with shutters. Off the entrance hall some steps leads to the elegant lounge area and there is also access to the dining area and kitchen which is totally equipped with dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven and a large fridge/freezer. Next to the kitchen there is a shower room and the utility room where the washing machine is located. From here there is also a rear exit door to the outside. A lovely stairway leads up to the first floor where all the bedrooms are located, comprising one double and two twins sharing two bathrooms. There is also a reading area with a double sofa bed that can be used for two extra persons. La Sort de Ca´l Lloro is situated at just 10 minuts walking to Pollença city centre. The northern side of the island attracts many people due to the beauty of the coastline, the mountains and the short distance to several interesting places. This charming house is perfect for escaping the daily routine, a relaxed holiday. There are 2 bedrooms; One with a double bed, and another one with two single beds. Ideal for family travelling with children and for maximum comfort they are all fitted with air condition. The lounge is provided with both television and video player. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, with dining area, but you will probably prefer outdoor meals on the covered terrace, maybe using the barbecue. Cot and baby chair DVD player. The house has a private swimming-pool with plenty of space for sunbathing - an ideal place to enjoy the views of the mountains behind the house.
