This leads into a comfortable and spacious lounge dining are and open plan fitted kitchen totally equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, electric oven and frideg/freezer. A door gives access to the twin bedroom and to the modern shower room. A wooden stairs leads up to a mezzanine area where a double bed is placed, this area is not recommended for small children. Outside, a lovely swimming pool offers a relaxing place to sunbath while admiring the lovely gardens and views to the fantastic mountain range of Tramontana. Pinos Altos is placed in the wonderful area of Cala San Vicente, a spot that retains its position as one of the most popular resorts on the island. Separated from Puerto Pollensa by the distinctive Serra de Tramontana mountain range, it nestles at the foot of a beautiful pine clad valley that leads down to the secluded sandy coves surrounded by dramatic mountain scenery. Cala San Vicente is the ideal spot for relaxing holiday. There are just a few shops, cafes, restaurants, hotels and a doctor surgery grouped around the two bays which are separated by a rocky headland. A five minutes drive takes you to Puerto Pollensa and to the beautiful, historic Old town of Pollensa. Botana is a popular complex of twelve semi-detached villas in the resort of Cala San Vicente, conveniently situated within a short stroll to the sandy coves and resort amenities. These semi-detached villas are reached via a track and are built on a hillside around a large swimming pool. The villas have two storeys and vary in sizes, however they are spacious and simply furnished. Each villa has either two, three or four bedrooms, all of them twins. All have combined lounge dining room with sofa bed and fireplace, kitchen, and sun terraces at the front and at the rear of the accommodation. Moreover, the villas have washing machine. This simple but homely villa is perfect for a relaxing holiday, located in the residential area of Cala San Vicente. It is ideal for anyone who wants a villa without a car hire, although we recommend car hire in low season, when the resort is quite and the bus service to Pollensa is less frequent. Some steps leads up to the villa itself. The main entrance situated under the front shaded terrace leads straight to the lounge dining area with a beautiful open fire place, satellite TV and DVD player. There is a large Majorcan dark wood table with many chairs to sit around. A separate fitted kitchen with plenty of storage space, gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer and a washing machine completes this part of the house. From the lounge, two steps leads up to the sleeping area; the bedrooms consists of one doble, one twin and one single. The double bedroom has the facility of a small en suite shower room, while the other two bedrooms are sharing a full bathroom. Outside, the front covered terrace overlooks the quiet road. The small swimming pool is situated at the back of the house. With just a short stroll to the Cala Molins beach and the shops and restaurants of Cala San Vicente, this villa is ideal for those who want to be in a quiet area close to the resort and beach.
