Villa Adelfas is located in the peaceful Campanet Valley, halfway between Campanet and Pollensa. It is surrounded by approximately 4 acres of terraced garden from where there are stunning views of the Tramuntana Mountains. This is the ideal place for anyone wishing to escape the main tourist areas and enjoy the real Mallorca; it is the perfect romantic hideaway.

This large and lovely villa consists of two lounge dinning areas, one of these lounges has satellite TV and a small wooden stove. It is located by the open plan fitted kitchen, nicely equipped with fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven and microwave. There is also a double bedroom and a shower room on the lowest floor and a twin bedroom on the high level of the house.

The rest of the bedrooms are on the other part of the house close by the lounge dining, also with a large wooden stove, and comprises of three bedrooms (one twin and two double bedrooms) sharing a full bathroom. One of these double bedrooms has an en-suite shower room.

While outside there is a large dark wood beamed shaded terrace, a laundry room and in the very large garden which extends up the hillside in terraces there are fantastic views across to the mountains; here you will find the kidney shape swimming pool.

Off the dining area is the lovely fitted kitchen with doors opening onto the front and the side terrace where the laundry room is located. Bonaire is situated in the North of Mallorca in a small residential area between the bay of Pollensa and Alcudia. There is a harbour with bars and restaurants and a local supermarket, several beaches overlooking onto the Pollensa bay. The old town of Alcudia set within its old walls ruins its only 15 minutes walk.

Villa Bonaire is a lovely house situated in the residential area of Bonaire near Alcudia town and just a short walk to the small beaches of the area.

Stairs situated at the front of the house gives us access to the main entrance of the house where there is a small hall area, to the left of the hall there is a large lounge dining area with doors opening to the spacious and furnished terrace balcony. A door gives us access to the new fitted kitchen totally equipped with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, electric oven, dishwasher etc. the kitchen has also access to the balcony terrace and to another rear terrace also with exterior furnishings and completed with a canopy to prevent the heat during the day. There is also a shower room in this side of the house.

To the right of the hall, we can find the sleeping area, the bedrooms comprising of two twins and one double all with fitted wardrobes and sharing a full bathroom.
