It is to 3.5 km of Pollença, Port de Pollença and Cala San Vicente, closely of the crossing between the road of the Port of Pollença and Cala San Vicente.
In the way there are only two properties and the villa is the last one on the non continuous way. CUL-DE-SAC

This lovely traditional villa is located in an open countryside, yet it is only a few minutes drive to the old historic town of Pollensa where you will be able to find lost of shops, restaurants, cafes etc. The beach of Port Pollensa is also at 10 minutes drive.

This one level accommodation villa comprises of a small lounge area with an open fire place and equipped with satellite TV, a dinning area with a solid dark wood table with chairs and an open plan small kitchen with a gas hob/oven, fridge/freezer and a few storage cupboards. From this area there is direct access to the rear shaded terrace that has views towards the swimming pool. The sleeping area comprises of two twin bedrooms sharing one full bathroom and another further twin with an en suite bathroom. All bedrooms are comfortable and have fitted wardrobes and fans.

Outside there is a lovely swimming pool area from where lovely views can be enjoyed. The villa is located in a lovely location for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

The apartment Jordieta is a lovely and modern apartment situated in a residential area of Port Pollensa. The building is not far from the lovely little beaches of the well known Pinewalk area.

The apartment has a little garden at the front where the main door is located. This door leads straight onto the lounge dining room which is totally equipped with satellite TV and DVD player. Off the dining room a door gives access to the well equipped fitted kitchen which has the facilities of a microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob and a dishwasher. The utility room that houses the washing machine is also located next to the kitchen and has access to the rear of the block where the swimming pool is.

Stairs are giving access to the sleeping area. The bedrooms comprises of one master bedroom with a double bed and an en suite full bathroom, and two further rooms (one twin and one bunk beds) sharing another bathroom with a shower unit. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.

The building has a communal swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers around. We must say that this apartment is ideal for families with children wishing to be in the town but not far from all the amenities.

A simple and comfortable holiday cottage outside Puerto Pollensa. Can Oliver is a good base for a holiday, it is just located at the back of the main rood between Pollensa and Port Pollensa. The villa is on one level and it has a lovely pool and views across the mountains. Inside, the villa is simply designed and decorated with classic furniture, white walls, tiled floors and dark wood furniture.
The lounge has an open fire place, satellite TV, a sofa and easy chairs. There is a new fitted kitchen equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob and a fridge/freezer. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both sharing a full bathroom. The double bedroom has French doors opening out onto the side terrace. The villa has an extra facility such as air conditioning in all the bedrooms and in the lounge dinning room.
At the back of the house there is a great swimming pool surrounded by hedges and views across mountains. There is a lovely place to cook and eat outside, under the built in barbecue. The front of the house is planted with a few palm trees and oleanders. Can Oliver is a great holiday home for a small family or couples, it is close to the Puerto Pollensa beach and resort.
