Vilaire is a lovely and large renovated townhouse situated in the heart of charming little village of Sineu. It enjoys a very central location with local restaurants, shops and the main square just a short walk away. The house is well decorated and has many original features such as interior stone walls, dark wooden beams and ceramic tiled floors. The front entrance has large double doors leading into a pretty spacious hallway. To the right a door leads to the lovely and sizable lounge dining area totally equipped with sofas, flat screen satellite TV and a large solid wood dining table with chairs. To the left of the hall way another door gives access to the large stainless steel kitchen, which has all mod cons with large gas top and oven, fridge/freezer, cooking utensils, dishwasher and many other items needed in a self catering holiday house. On this part of the house there is also a laundry area, where the washing machine and tumble dryer are located. There is also a toilette with shower. From the lounge, lovely stairs gives us access up to the sleeping area; all the bedrooms are named after the five islands of the Balearic Archipelago. The bedrooms comprises of five bedrooms, three of them are en suite. There are two further toilets to use and one full bathroom too. All the bedrooms are painted in different colours, and all have wardrobes and TV without satellite. Four bedrooms are double and one is twin. At the back of the villa there is a delightful "chill out" terrace furnished with garden table and chairs, lots of pretty flowerpots and a large solarium terrace with a roman style swimming pool. There are lots of spaces around the pool, a relaxing area with sofas and a lovely barbeque for those who enjoy al fresco dining. Being a village house, there are neighbours either side so it is not completely private but the pool area is very peaceful and shops and restaurants are only a short stroll away. Auch für die Liebhaber des Segelns, haben wir ein DART Katamaran in einer der wenigen "außergewöhnliche unberührte Strände der Insel" (Colonia St. Jordi) dass nach vorheriger Reservierung und wenn es die Zeit erlaubt, kann er von uns begleitet zu genießen, wenn nötig. In dem Dorf Puigpunyent können beide Tätigkeiten in vollem Kontakt mit der Natur zu genießen, wie wenn man mit vielen Cafés, Restaurants und Grundversorgung (Kirche, Fußballplatz, Tennisplätze, Postämter, Supermärkte, Sportzentrum Pool, etc.,.). Dies ist ein privilegierter Ort für seine Eigenschaften am Fuße des Tramuntana-Gebirges, die die Insel Mallorca Kreuze und Leichtigkeit Verschiebung an einer beliebigen Stelle der Insel. Unsere Nachbarstädte sind international als Valldemossa, Esporles, etc Deya und der nächste Seegebiete ohne große läuft bekannt zu machen. Puigpunyent, liegt am östlichen Abhang der Sierra de Tramuntana gelegen und bietet eine kurze Entfernung von Palma de Mallorca, einer natürlichen Umgebung von außergewöhnlicher Schönheit.
