Villa Joan is a delightful villa ideally located mid way between the historic town of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa is set back off the road, accessed by a short laneway that leads to the Villa. The Villa location is less than approx 10 mins drive to each resort and also to Cala St. Vincent and Pollensa Golf Club.

Entry gates lead into the villa grounds. The front door opens into a delightful open-plan room incorporating lounge-dining and modern style fully equipped galley style kitchen with American breakfast bar, fridge and fittings in stylish stainless steel together with spot light features within this room. A feature stone wall enhances the décor along with its stylish mix of modern and mallorcan furnishings. The delightful paintings within the villa add to the general ambience of this charming villa.

Archway leads off the open-plan zone into a corridor. On the right is a shower room with its step in shower recess nicely decorated in beige and white tiles. Further down the corridor is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes with its stylish bedspread, the bedroom window looks out onto the pool and terrace area.

At the end of the corridor a door leads out onto an open patio which has table and chairs that overlook the pool, super area for enjoying a drink or al fresco eating. Nearby this area there is further table and chairs which obtain shade from the large tree infront of the villa again, this sitting area has direct access to the pool.

The nicely designed pool with its two stone dolphins one end, and dolphin motif within the pool interior is accessed by steps and is surrounded by lawn area on three sides is located at the front of the Villa with views of the mountains. The pool is directly accessed from lounge,dining/kitchen or from corridor door. There is a separate exterior utility which houses washing machine.
