This charming, traditional, rustic style Mallorcan house is ideally situated on the outskirts of the town of Pollensa, affording lovely mountain views but within walking distance to the shops and centre of the town. The owners have kept many original features including stone flooring in most of the ground floor. There are two twin bedrooms and one double room sharing one full bathroom and one shower room with toilet. There is a further shower room with toilet outside by the barbecue. The outside pool area has a covered terrace and a built-in barbecue with sink area for those who enjoy al fresco dining. The Garden is beautifully cared for by the owners and has a play area for children. The swimming pool measures 12x5 metres. The house consists of 4 bedrooms complete with Air Conditioning. 3 of the bedrooms are double rooms and the other bedroom has a single bed and another pull out bed.
