While there is no substitute for adult supervision, this removable fencing is designed to provide parents with an added layer of security.

This Villa is situated between Alcudia and Pollença in a rural and quiet area. The Garden is beautifully cared for by the owners and has a play area for children. The swimming pool measures 12x5 metres.

The house consists of 4 bedrooms complete with Air Conditioning. 3 of the bedrooms are double rooms and the other bedroom has a single bed and another pull out bed. There are 2 bathrooms, Barbeque, and large covered terraces. The house is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, TV, DVD, bed linen, and pool towels.

There is an annex to the main house, with its own kitchen, lounge area, double bedroom, and full bathroom, this annex also has its own covered terrace area.
