This is a smart family villa situated in the countryside between Pollensa and Port Pollensa. Built in two levels with lots of light and airy spaces. The bedrooms are large, cool and bright with white walls, spotlights and neutral furniture. Through the entrance hall there is a comfortable lounge diner with sofas, satellite TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is very spacious with lots of storage and work space, it is equipped with electric oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer. From the kitchen there is access to a very spacious twin bedroom and a laundry area where the washing machine is located. Double doors from the kitchen and the lounge lead out onto the deep and shady covered terrace which looks out over the swimming pool and the field. There is another bedroom on this level which consists of a double room with air conditioning and a separate shower room. The rest of the bedrooms are located on the upper level of the house, they comprise of two double bedrooms with air conditioning. One of these rooms has an en suite shower room. The last bedroom has two single beds and shares a full bathroom. The bathrooms are beautiful with nice fittings in neutral colours. There`s lots of well-designed outside space at the villa too with a roman style pool surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers. There is also plenty of parking space for several cars and the villa has lovely views over the fields and the mountains. This villa is a really welcoming and stylish brand new house with lots of relaxing spaces for a family holiday. Villa Miguel is situated within easy reach to the resort of Puerto Pollensa and the old town of Pollensa. The house is set in a large garden with lots of fruit trees and plants and has excellent views towards the mountains of the Serra de Tramontana. This new and rustic style villa is ideal for a relaxing break in the sun, and has a lovely swimming pool in the middle of a lawn area. There is also a lovely shaded terrace ideal for dining outside or simply for sitting and relaxing. The interior of the villa is very well maintained and furnished; it comprises of a large lounge dining area with an open plan fitted kitchen. From a corridor there is access to a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, that share a full bathroom. The villa is a good choice for families with children due to the large lawn area. Cel Gotmar is a fantastic semi detached villa in a complex with lovely views to the bay of Pollensa. The complex comprises of twenty six luxury villas and all are sharing three different swimming pools which are split in different levels. The front door leads straight to the open plan lounge dining area with glass doors opening onto the fantastic front terrace which is completely furnished and has stunning views to the Pollensa bay. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and an electric hob. A staircase leads up to the upper floor where the bedrooms are located. These comprises of two twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom and one double with an en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, and the property has been decorated in a very high standard. It has to be pointed out that the driveway to this complex is steep and windy and that each villa has parking space for one car only. Villa Negri I a offers a comfortable accommodation laid out on two levels, with the living accommodation on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the upper level. In the ground floor there is a comfortable living area with sofas gathered around a coffee table and facing the room’s television, which has some satellite channels, as well as a DVD player and stereo. This room has wooden French windows which lead directly out onto the pool terrace, and have delightful views of the surrounding countryside. The living/dining accommodation of the villa has the added advantage of being air conditioned for your comfort. The dining area has a lovely dark wooden table and six chairs for your party to take advantage of the good self catering facilities on offer and dine in. Conveniently located nearby is the villa’s beamed kitchen which is fully fitted and well equipped. Here you will find a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a breakfast table and chairs – useful for feeding children those early morning meals. There is also a shower room in the ground level. The first floor is where you will find the villas three bedrooms. The master room has a double bed, and there is a further double room, which has twin beds placed together, and the final room is a twin. There is air conditioning in the double/twin bedroom. In this level there is a second bathroom, which is equipped with a bath, wc and wash basin. The exterior of villa Negri I is a good place to spend time under the sun. There is a private pool with integral steps which is set into paved terracing and there are sun loungers and parasols for your sunbathing pleasure. There is a built-in barbecue where you can grill dinner before settling into the outdoor dining furniture and enjoying a meal outside with views of the surrounding area. Finally, we have to point out that villa Negri I is close to another villa called Negri II. The surrounding countryside is delightfully rural and there are views of the mountains all around. The beaches, bars, shops and restaurants of Puerto Pollensa are easily reached by car but many people enjoy walking down the pretty country lanes, especially in the cooler spring and autumn months. The apartment Jordieta is a lovely and modern apartment situated in a residential area of Port Pollensa. The building is not far from the lovely little beaches of the well known Pinewalk area. The apartment has a little garden at the front where the main door is located. This door leads straight onto the lounge dining room which is totally equipped with satellite TV and DVD player. Off the dining room a door gives access to the well equipped fitted kitchen which has the facilities of a microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob and a dishwasher. The utility room that houses the washing machine is also located next to the kitchen and has access to the rear of the block where the swimming pool is. Stairs are giving access to the sleeping area. The bedrooms comprises of one master bedroom with a double bed and an en suite full bathroom, and two further rooms (one twin and one bunk beds) sharing another bathroom with a shower unit. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. The building has a communal swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers around.
